PMP-49837  As a end user would like to Import hours and count by department using hours import Template

Configurable: Yes

  • Title: Display Hours Count Location Wise (Existing Custom setting)
  • Public / Private: Public
  • Default: Disabled

Existing System

  • Has an import tool which can import Hours/ counts only by location
  • Does support importing hours and counts by department

Purpose:

  • Enhance the Hours import tool to import hours and counts by department

Enhanced System:

  • Allows users to import hours and counts by department across multiple locations
  • Displays the department hierarchy in import template that would help users uniquely identify and select right department
  • Refreshes department hierarchy column list on selection of a location, however existing selection remains
    • This is a known limitation with MS Excel

PMP-6447 Add unsupervised contractor hours and count in the Metrics screen

Configurable: Yes

  • Title: Display AOP Metrics (Existing Custom setting)
  • Public / Private: Public
  • Default: Disabled

Existing System:

  • Existing system captures Hours and Counts of Unsupervised Employee but these hours and count are not displayed in injury/illness metrics screens

Purpose:

  • Display count and Hours worked for unsupervised contractors in Incident metrics and Incident country metrics screen for analysis

Enhanced System:

  • Displays Unsupervised Employee hours and counts in "Injury/Illness Incident Metrics" and "Injury/Illness Incident-Country Metrics" screens based on Custom setting
  • Does not include Unsupervised Employee hours and count in Total Personnel hours and count
  • Displays a help icon with following help text for respective row
    • "Total Personnel count does not include Unsupervised Employee count"
    • "Total Hours worked does not include Unsupervised Employee Hours"

PMP- 51472 Changes to Email incident summary feature as per 24 hours report requirement

Configurable : Yes

  • Title: 24 hour incident Report
  • Public / Private: Private
  • Default: Disabled

Existing System:

  • Does not show images attached from Incident Summary screen in the Incident Summary reported generated from Email Incident summary page
  • Let users select images to be sent as email attachment instead of embedding them in the report

Purpose:

  • Provide flexibility to choose if images should be embedded in the report or should be available for selection to be sent as email attachment

Enhanced System:

  • Let users choose if images attached in the Incident summary screen should be embedded in the report
    • If user choose to embed images in report then those will not be available for selection in Attachment section
    • Resizes the images in report to fit in one page, however if there more images it will roll over to second page
  • Provides option to Show / Hide the header page of the Incident Summary report generated from Email Incident summary screen
    • This will reduce number of pages in the report
  • Shows a help text for better usability

Existing System:

  • Does not have flexibility to show data by Fiscal year

Purpose: 

  • Provide ability to see data by Fiscal year

Enhanced System:

  • Shows rates in Fiscal by default
    • If Fiscal year configuration is not available it show a relevant alert in Widget
  • Allows users to choose between calendar year and Fiscal year options and Save the preference at Widget level

PMP-50051 User Widget- display the count of Management Review incidents which are open for selected user

Existing System:

  • Does not have a way to display Count of Pending Management Reviews for a User

Purpose:

  • Show Pending Management review count and redirect user to the full list

Enhanced System:

  • Shows Open/Reject Management review assigned to the selected user
    • By Default logged user details are shown
  • Shows details about the count as tool tip
  • Redirects user to the full list when clicked on the Box
  • Checks if selected user has IMS module permission and displays the Management Review Box

PMP-2454 Redesign of Case Management Screen

Existing System:

  • Always displays Classification of Case section and does not guide users to next section if step 1 is already done
  • Shows all sections every time even though user wants to go to a specific section and user has to search through sections

Purpose:

  • Make the screen more interactive and user friendly while keeping the existing functionality intact

Enhanced System:

  • Has a new design where sections are separated as different vertical tabs
  • Guides users to next steps after completing current step
  • Always displays Case Progression section if Classification of Case is complete
  • Shows important information (section status, Most sever classification etc...) in respective tab without the need to click and go to the respective screen
