The Behavior Based Safety module allows users to manage, track and analyze safe behaviors and observations by team work area. Users can access corporate or facility level dashboards, create and manage work areas, and report observations. In addition, users have the ability to view observation summary data and behavior lists. For each observation, users identify if the observed behavior was Safe or At Risk. Users can also record if feedback was given for the observation and enter comments.
