  1. Click on the Modules icon.
  2. Click on the Industrial Hygiene menu item.
  3. Click on the  Assessment menu item.

4. Click on the Assessment id 

5. QRA dashboard will have a Associated Sample Section . This would be a SOA grid . Sample ID would have hyperlink to view the Sample
