Sample plans allow users to track:
- The number of sample records associated with each sample plan
- The number of planned and collected sample
- The approval status of the sample plan

Creating a Sample Plan:
- Click on the Modules icon.
- Click on the Industrial Hygiene menu item.
- Click on the Create New Sample Plan menu item.
- Complete the fields.
- Click on the Save button.
- Click on the Ok button on the confirmation window.
