Configurable: No

• Title: Auto Save SOAP Notes

• Default: Yes

• Title: SOAP Notes Delay Times
• Public/Private: Public
• Default: Time in Milli Second, Default:60000

Existing System: 

• There is no feature to autosave the SOAP notes details

• The health care provider losses the unsaved data due to application session or internet failure issue

Purpose: Provide autosave feature to save the unsaved data in specific time interval or before the application session end

Enhanced System:

• Enabled autosave feature in the SOAP notes screen based on configuration
• Trigger autosave if there are any unsaved data available and all the mandatory data are filled in the screen
• Configuration for the autosave trigger time, be default its one minute. This can be changed from the configuration screen as per need.
• Display the autosave indicator during the saving time
• Display last autosave time stamp on the screen

PMP-103766: As a health care provider, I want a status field in SOAP notes and default to draft status

Configurable: No

• Title: Disable SOAP Notes Save Button On Final Status
• Public/Private: Public
• Default: Yes

Existing System: 

• There is no status field in the SOAP note screen
• It's difficult to know whether the SOAP notes status is in draft or final

Purpose: 

• This will help the health care provider to know the current status of the SOAP notes

Enhanced System: 

• Added a new field status to the SOAP notes
• With the enhancement, user will be able to keep a SOAP note in draft status until its complete
• Once all the information provided, the status can be change to final
• Configuration to disable the SOAP notes save button once the status is changed to final. This configuration is default to yes
• If the configuration is turned on, the save button will be disabled once the status is final
• Display a confirmation message for disabling the save button based on final status

Purpose: 

• Allow selection of Offroll and Subcontractor in occupational health module

  • Independent Encounter
  • Appointment Calendar
  • Medical Profile
