PMP-95641: Append historical SOAP Notes to provide easy visibility to the healthcare provider.

Configurable: No

  • Title: NA
  • Public/Private: NA
  • Default: NA

Existing System

  • SOAP notes (Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan) play a crucial role in healthcare documentation, providing a standardized format for healthcare providers to record and communicate patient information. Currently, the Healthcare provider doesn't get a holistic view of the SOAP notes associated with an event/incident, instead he/she has to manually look at all the SOAP Notes for the patient.

Purpose: To enable Healthcare providers to conveniently review relevant information and observations of the SOAP Notes related to the respective incident at one place.

Enhanced System:

  • Allow a new option where the Healthcare provider can see the SOAP Notes associated with an incident as a ready reference.

Impacts: NA

User Interaction:

SOAP Notes History will initially show the consolidated details of the historical records (Latest 10 Records). When Work Related is selected as Yes and is linked with an Incident ID, then SOAP Notes related to the incident will be displayed.

Configurable: No

  • Title: NA
  • Public/Private: NA
  • Default: No

Existing System

  • Equipment Calibration is a crucial process where precision and accuracy in measurements are essential. If equipment calibration is expired and the equipment is not recalibrated within the specified timeframe, several consequences may arise, particularly in industries where precise measurements are critical, such as in healthcare, manufacturing, laboratory settings, and environmental monitoring. Currently, we don't have an option to send notification Details for Equipment Calibration dates which may lead to delay to take actions and result in wrong readings.

Purpose:

  • To ensure timely maintenance and accuracy, equipment calibration reminder notifications serve to prompt scheduled calibration activities for instruments and devices.

Enhanced System:

  • With the enhancement, user will be able to define the reminder dates to notify the concerned stakeholders.
