Step-by-step guide
- Click on the Setup Icon.
- Click on the Module Setup Icon.
- Click on the Incident Management Menu Item.
4. Select the Contributing Factors menu item in Incident Management Lookup Values.
5. To Delete a Contributing Factor from a sub-section/level, Select the Section/Level under Contributing Factors in the left hand pane.
6. Select the Contributing Factor from the list.
7. Click on the Delete Button.
8. After clicking on the Delete Button, a Pop-up window will shows a message You are about to delete Contributing Factors record(s) Continue?. Clcik on the OK Button.
