- Reports and BI changes were not adressed ,hence outcome and score field showed null value

- Incorrect data display

- Multiple rows for each recurring session with correct score and outcome would appear
- Impact : Training Outcome Report ,Due and Upcoming Training Report , BI would now also show multiple recurring session records
