Create an Action item for a Hazard

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the Modules icon.
2. Click on the Risk Assessment menu item.
3. Click on the Manage menu item.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the Risk Assessment Title hyperlink.
   
   
   
   
5. Click on the Task tab.
6. Expand the Task/Activity by clicking on the + button.
7. In Action Item column, Click on the hyperlink on the word Create .
   
   
   
   
8. Click on the Add button.
   
   
   
   
9. Complete all the fields and Click on the Save button.
