Step-by-step Instructions:

  1. Click on Modules Icon.
  2. Click on Incident Management menu item.
  3. Click on Manage Incident Reports menu item.



  4. Click on the incident ID.



  5. In Investigate section, Click on the Investigation Questions. 



  6. Complete all the fields and Click on the Save button.
