PMP-86408 - As an Administrator, I would like to view the activities performed by the users

Configurable: Yes

  • Title: EnableActivityLog
  • Public/Private: Private
  • Default: No

Existing System

  • No option to track the user's activities in the application

Purpose: 

  • A regulatory requirement like FedRAMP etc.
  • Activity logs can also identify areas of non-compliance by providing information for audit investigations 
  • The system administrator can track who create or edited or deleted application records

Enhanced System:

  • Integrated activity log to modules (Foundation, Task & Calendar, Audits, App Builder, Permits, Document Management, Learning Management, Occ. Health, Performance Management,Wellness Check.)
  • Option to view activity logs from system setup 
  • Filter and export activity logs as required
  • Activity log information availability - 
  • Activity log information
    • Activity Log Date - Date of activity performed
    • Performed By - Login user
    • Performed By - Email ID
    • Location - The record belongs to which location, for corporate setup, this data will be blank
    • Module - Module of the record
    • Screen Name - Activity performed by screen
    • Action - Which action performed e.g. Created, Updated, Deleted, Exported etc.
    • Activity - Activity description and reference of the recorded
    • Platform - Web or Mobile
  • Admin can filter the data based on common filters or filters available on the column. 
  • Admin can export the filtered data from the list screen.

Impacts: No Impact

Note: By default, the feature will be disabled for all customers, the feature will be enabled only for the customer as per the product license. This is a billable feature.

PMP-90016 - Default Asset Type to Asset Category and hide other field values

Configurable: No

  • Title: NA
  • Public/Private: NA
  • Default: NA

Existing System

  • No default value for the asset type

Purpose: 

  • Having the default value would help to create the class quickly 
  • Hide other category is only applicable to Ideagen Essentials customers

Enhanced System:

  • Defaulted the asset type value to the asset category
  • Hide other asset type values in the Ideagen Essentials baseline

PMP-89448 - Organization component with only business unit type and without enterprise mapping

Configurable: Yes

  • Title: Hide Enterprise Map
  • Public/Private: Private
  • Default: Show

Existing System

  • No option to show or hide enterprise mapping for organization component

Purpose: 

  • Hide the organization component and enterprise map feature as per customer requirement

Enhanced System:

  • Configuration to show or hide the Enterprise Map feature
  • Customers don't require this mapping and can hide the feature 

Impacts: No Impact
