Step-by-step guide
- Click on the Modules Icon.
- Click on the Incident Management Menu Item
- Click on the Manage Incident Reports Menu Item.
4. Select the Environmental Incident from the Incident List.
5. To Complete the Release / Impacts section. Mouse over on the Incomplete which is a Hyperlink, which will redirect to Release/Impacts Screen.
6. Click on the Add Button.
7. Select the Environmental Media Type from the Environmental Media drop down list.
8. Click on the Save Button.
