Provision of ability to read across findings of other audit locations PMP- 7438.

The application has been enhanced to provide the ability to the auditor to have a reference of findings while he/she is performing audit.

  • A button of read across findings has been introduced in the findings list as shown below.
  • On clicking the button a pop up screen showing all the findings that have been created for that program for other audit locations will be displayed.
  • Users can view the findings of other locations and then create follow up findings for his/her location. If the user responds “Yes” to the column “Create Follow Up Finding for your location” the finding would be copied to his location
  • Users can also directly create action items in the pop up .Once the user responds “Yes” in the dropdown of the column “Create Follow Up Finding for your location “ a hyperlink would be activated in the column “ Create Follow Up Action Item for your location” for creation of action items.

    Example Scenario

Suppose an audit has been scheduled in location A, B and C .Suppose an auditor is performing the audit at location C .If the audit has been already completed at locations A and B then auditor at location C can  view the findings observed in Location A and B and simply define it as applicable in location C.

This helps the auditor in two ways:

    1. It helps in identifying the areas which need to be specifically looked into while performing audit at a particular facility, here” location C”
    2. Improves usability by allowing user to copy the finding from another location to his location by defining as applicable to his location.
    3. Enables auditor to perform a more comprehensive audit by covering all potential non-conforming areas.
