New and Improved Features
Provision of Building Pick List in Audit Findings to associate findings to specific buildings PMP-36125
The application has been enhanced to provide the ability to associate findings with buildings of the facility.
- Added Building field in the Finding Details screen
- The Building Pick List will be available for all audit types, and will allow users to select 1 or more buildings
- Users will be able to view findings with associated buildings in the findings list screen, as well as in reports.
- The Building Pick List values are derived from the building list configured in Setup - Location Setup - Location Profile - Building
- Added Building column to the SOA Grid for the Findings and Manage Findings screen

Provision of ability to read across findings of other audit locations PMP- 7438
The application has been enhanced to allow users to view findings captured in other locations within the same program.
- Added field "Enable Inter Location Audit Findings Applicability Review for this Audit (Read Across Findings)?" to the Audit Program Details screen. This question enables (turns on)the functionality which allows the user to view findings across locations within the same program. This field will only be available for Corporate Audits.
- Added field "Enable this finding for applicability review across other audit locations?" to the Finding Details screen. This allow users to determine the visibility of a specific finding across other locations within the same program. Once the radio button is saved to Yes, it cannot be switched to No.
- Renamed the Import Findings button to "Import"
- Added "Findings Across Audit Locations" button in the Findings tab (visible only if the response to the read across question is Yes)
- Clicking the Findings Across Audit Locations will open a pop-up window with all findings that were created for that program for other locations.
- Users can view the findings of other locations and then create follow up findings for their location. When responding “Yes” to “Create Follow Up Finding for your location”, the finding will be copied to the selected location
After responding "Yes" to "Create Follow Up Finding for your location", this will enable the Create link located under the column “Create Follow Up Action Item for your location" .
Copied Findings Information:
Field Name Changes/Updates for the copied Finding Finding ID New ID will be created Finding Created Date Equivalent to the date the finding was copied Finding Due Date Dependent on the finding created date Repeat Finding Defaults to No, even if it was set to Yes in the parent finding Finding Owner Defaults to the user copying the finding Finding Status Defaults to Open, even if the parent finding status is set to Closed Users must have applicable permissions for adding finding and creating action items
Creation of Day View and Week View for audits list PMP-39923
The application has been enhanced to allow provision Day view and Week View for Manage Audits List
- The Week and Day Views would be available as filters in the SOA list for manage audits.
- This would enable users to view only the required audits and remove the loading time of all the audits in the audits list.
Provision of making Response Type mandatory in Question import tool if the Responses are entered – PMP- 36546
The application has been enhanced to provide the consistency in the questions import template between the responses and response types
- In the enhanced question import template ,if the User enters a question response, then, it has been made mandatory for the user to enter the corresponding Response Type also
- This is to avoid any redundant question in the application because of lack of appropriate associated response type.
Provision of Setup for Audit Program Types – PMP-3245
The application has been enhanced to provide the ability to set up audit program types for the end user
- User Interface for creation of audit Program type has been provided
- The values in the Audit program Type can be edited or new values can be added from the module set up.
Provision of Findings and CAPA metrics summary report – PMP-38750
The application has been enhanced to provide a new report in reports central to enable to users to view data related to findings and associated action items for any program type across the locations of the organization
- New Report has been introduced in reports central
- The following information would be displayed in the report:
