Business Rules

  • To create or modify Hospital/Clinic information you must have Administrator permissions.
  • Fields marked with an (*) are mandatory and must be completed.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on the Setup Icon.
  2. Click on the Location Setup Icon.
  3. Click on the Module Setup Menu Item.



  4. Select the Hospital/Clinic Information menu item in  Incident Management.



  5. Click on the Add Button.



  6. Complete the Details in  Hospital/Clinic Information screen and click on the Save Button.
