PMP-20397 Update Behavior Upload Template to Include Validated Yes/No and Validation Date
Configurable Setting: Mandatory / Non Mandatory, Public
Default :Non mandatory , Customer Specific
Previous :The behaviour load template in module setup doesn't have validated yes or no, and the validation date. nor the behaviour details in module set up
Purpose :When the behaviors are moved from module setup to each location, each behavior is validated in application .The same need to be validated during bulk upload
In the Enhanced System:
- Behaviour Details : Module Set Up : New fields added validated and date of validation
- If status field value is selected as "habit strength" then validated becomes mandatory and accordingly ate of validation is also mandatory
- Uploaded information on Validated and Validate date would appear in Behaviour details List
- Behaviour Details : Import Template :Validated and Validate date added in Behaviour import
- View Behaviour List > Behaviour Details : If status field value is selected as "habit strength" then validated and associated date of invalidation becomes mandatory

Enhanced System : Admin user can upload the company Logo through System Setup-> Company Information Screen.
Uploaded logo appears in following notifications in BBS
- Corporate Notification
- Observation Notification
- Consecutive at 100% Yes
- Site Notification 15 & 30 Days Notification
- Report Observation Notification - CAPA
