PMP-20397 Update Behavior Upload Template to Include Validated Yes/No and Validation Date

Configurable Setting: Mandatory / Non Mandatory, Public

Default :Non mandatory , Customer Specific

Existing System :

• The behaviour load template in module setup doesn't have validated yes or no, and the validation date. nor the behaviour details in module set up

Purpose :When the behaviors are moved from module setup to each location, each behavior is  validated  in application .The same will be validated during bulk upload 

Enhanced  System:

• Behaviour Details : Module Set Up : New fields added  validated and date of validation 
• If  status field value is selected as "habit strength" then validated  becomes mandatory and accordingly ate of validation is also mandatory
• Uploaded information on Validated and Validate date would appear in Behaviour details List 
• Behaviour Details : Import Template :Validated and Validate date  added in Behaviour import
• View Behaviour List > Behaviour Details  : If  status field value is selected as "habit strength" then validated and associated date of invalidation becomes mandatory
• Existing Data :No Impact

 PMP-45441 Common item - Company logo update for BBS

Enhanced System : Admin user can upload the company Logo through System Setup-> Company Information Screen.

Uploaded logo appears in following notifications in BBS

• Corporate Notification
• Observation Notification
• Consecutive at 100% Yes
• Site Notification 15 & 30 Days Notification
• Report Observation Notification - CAPA
