Adding Multiple injured people to an Injury/Illness Incident

If more than one person is injured in an incident.

Step-by-step guide

When reporting an Injury/Illness

  1.  Select as Yes for the "Were multiple people injured as part of this incident?" question.
    • When answered YES this triggers the Additional Injury/Illness Incidents section to be added 
  2. Click on the Add button enter additional injured people. 




The Incident Detail section must be saved first before adding additional injured people to an incident
