Adding a new Cause of Incident – General Liability

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the Setup Icon.
2. Click on the Module Setup Icon.
3. Click on the Incident Management Menu Item.

4.  Select the Cause of Incident Type List menu item in General Liability Lookup Values.

5. Click on the Add Button.

6. Complete the Details in Cause of Incident Type  screen and click on the Save Button.
