- A Only 2 Why's are mandatory and a maximum of 3 Contributing Factor can be selected and for each contributing factor maximum of 5 Whys can be identified.
- From the Web, if multiple evaluations are created, in Mobile Pro Investigation only 1st evaluation will be displayed in sequential order.
