Incident Management - Investigation section in MobilePRO

  1. This functionality is available on iOS devices and will work in offline mode as well.
  2. The investigation will not be available for Incidents that are created with Draft status in Web, synced to Mobile then the device went offline, and then the Incident was updated to complete the Detail report.
  3. Investigation status in the List screen will not get updated until the user manually refreshes the list. 
  4. A maximum of 3 Contributing Factor can be selected and for each contributing factor 2 Why's are mandatory as per existing configuration and a maximum of 5 Whys can be identified.
  5. From the Web, if multiple evaluations are created, in Mobile Pro Investigation only 1st evaluation will be displayed in sequential order.

Step-by-step Instructions:


  1. After logging into the app, tap on Incident Management.



  2. Tap on the incident record from the Incident Management List Screen.



  3. After completion of detailed report, under the Investigation section, Tap on Investigation Details. 

      

  4. Complete all the details in the Investigation detail section and Tap on Save

  5. In the Investigation section, Tap on 5 Why Analysis.



  6. Please add the contributing factors.
  7. Enter the Why.
  8. If the Why should be Root Cause then please Toggle on at the Root Cause.
  9. After adding the first Contribution factors, you can add an additional Contributing Factor by tapping Yes for the question "Add another contributing factor?" else tap on No, Proceed to Final Root Cause Statement.
  10. Complete Final Root cause statement.
  11. Tap on Save.



  12. Please review the Investigation completed Summary in the details screen.
