There are four patterns among which the user can select the pattern in which the audit is to be scheduled. These are:

PatternsOptions
Daily

  • Every ___ Day(s) on Weekdays Only - creates a daily recurrence which repeats the number of days as defined by the user in the box. This option excludes the weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
  • Every ___ Day(s) include all days - creates a daily recurrence which repeats the number of days as defined by the user in the box. This option includes the weekend (Saturday and Sunday).
Weekly

  • Recur Every ___ Week(s) On: - allows users to input the numeric value for the frequency of recurrence and the day of the week on which the audit should occur. The checkboxes next to the days of the week are multi-select and allows the user to select more than 1 day.
Monthly

  • Day ____ Every ____ Month(s) - the first drop down represents the date number (1-31) and the second drop down contains the number of months (1-12).
  • The ______ _______ of Every ____ Month(s) - The first drop down will allow the user to select from the following options: Last, First, Second, Third and Fourth.

    The second drop down will allow the user to select from the following options: Day, Weekday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

  • The 3rd drop down represents the number of months (1-12).

Yearly

Yearly is a combination of the Every ____ year(s) where the user defines the number of years and selects one of the radio buttons:

  • The first option allows the user to specify the month and date to repeat each year. As in the example, this recurrence will repeat every 1 year on January 1st.
  • The second option allows the user to narrow it down details further. As in the example, it would repeat on the last Sunday of every January.
