Content Comparison

Screen used The Questionnaire tab is only available for protocol driven audits. The Questionnaire tab allows users to record the answers to protocol driven audit questions.  Allows users to create questions, report findings for non-preferred responses to the questions.answers, create action items, enter comments, and upload attachments. The Questions are organized by section.

The questionnaire tab can be accessed for protocol audits under the perform Audit tab as shown below:

Accessing the Questionnaire for a Protocol Driven Audit

1. Click on the Modules icon.
2. Click on Audit Management menu item.
3. Click on Manage Audits menu item.
