The Questionnaire tab is only available for protocol driven audits. The Questionnaire tab allows users to record the answers to questions, report findings for non-preferred answers, create action items, enter comments, and upload attachments. The Questions are organized by section.

  • Auditors can skip an entire section of questions by checking the box next to Not Applicable for the Section Name.

  • If any changes were made to the questions within the Protocol, users can reload the audit protocol by clicking on the Image Added button.
