The reload functionality can be used to update a protocol that's being used in an audit that is currently in progress. Example scenario: A new question was added to an existing protocol. While conducting the audit, the new question was not visible in the Questionnaire. After reloading the protocol, the question became available. |
Step-by-step Instructions:
- Click on the Modules icon.
- Click on Audit Management menu item.
- Click on Manage Audits menu item.
- Click on the Name of the Audit Program.
- Click on Perform Audit tab.
- Click on the Questionnaire tab.
- Click on Reload Protocol.
