Users can add action items to any question within the Questionnaire of an Audit. 

Step-by-step Instructions:

Adding an Action Item to Questions in the Questionnaire tab. 

Navigate to: Modules>>Audit Management>> Manage Audits>>Select Audit Name   (Refer to Perform an Audit)

1. Navigate to the Questionnaire tab from the Perform Audit section of the selected audit. 
2. Click on the Action Item icon  for the selected question.
   
   
   
3. Click on the Add button on the upper right of the Action Item List screen.
   
   
   
4. Complete the Action Item Details screen.
5. Click on the Save button.
