  1. Click on Modules
  2. Select AuditAudit Management
  3. Click on Create NewNew from the menu. 


  4. Complete the BasicBasic Details section: 
    1. Select the Type of Audit.
    2. Enter the Name of the Audit Program.
    3. Select Yes for Recurring Audit


    4. Select the Recurrence Pattern.                                                                                                                            Refer to Recurrence Pattern Details
    5. Select the Repeat Until.                                                                                                                                        Refer to Repeat Until Options


  5. Click on Save and Next to go to the next step ; or click on the Perform Audit to conduct the Audit.

The Repeat Until field is used to set the range until which the repetitive events of the recurring audits are to be scheduled. User will have the following options to select from:

  • No End Date - If the user enters this option then the system will create audits for 5 years starting from the start date of the audit. This is the default selection.
  • End After ___ Occurrences - Based on the numerical value entered by the user, then this recurrence will stop after such number of occurrences.
  • End By - This is a Date Picker field which the user can define by when the repetition of the audit will end.
