Users can add a new work area New Work Area by going into Manage Work Areas screen and clicking on the Add button.

instruction:
- In the BBS Menu menu item screen, Click click on "Manage Work Area". A new page with Work Area Details appears on screen
- Click on "Add" Add button to add a new work area.
- Enter "Work Area Name". Enter few details about the work area in "Description" Description field.
- Work Area Start Date is a manadatory fields mandatory fields which by-default will display current date date.
- Status will by-default will be displayed as Active.
- Click on Save so as to to save the work area that has been added.
- Click OK on the Confirmation box that appears once you click Save.
