Adding a New Work Area
Users can add a New Work Area by going into the Manage Work Areas screen and clicking on the Add button.
Step-by-step instruction:
- In the BBS menu item screen, click on Manage Work Area. A new page with Work Area Details appears on screen
- Click on Add button to add a new work area.
- Enter Work Area Name. Enter a few details about the work area in Description field.
- Work Area Start Date is a mandatory field which by default will display the current date.
- The status will by-default will be displayed as Active.
- Click on Save to save the work area that has been added.
- Click OK on the Confirmation box that appears once you click Save.
