Adding a New Work Area

Users can add a New Work Area by going into the Manage Work Areas screen and clicking on the Add button. 

Step-by-step instruction:

  1. In the BBS menu item screen, click on Manage Work Area. A new page with Work Area Details appears on screen
  2. Click on Add button to add a new work area. 
  3. Enter Work Area Name. Enter a few details about the work area in Description field
  4. Work Area Start Date is a mandatory field which by default will display the current date.
  5. The status will by-default will be displayed as Active
  6. Click on Save to save the work area that has been added. 
  7. Click OK on the Confirmation box that appears once you click Save.
