Users can add a new work area by going into Manage Work Areas screen and clicking on Add button. 

Step-by-step guide

  1. In the BBS Menu item screen, Click on "Manage Work Area". A new page with Work Area Details appears on screen
  2. Click on "Add" button to add a new work area. 
  3. Enter "Work Area Name". Enter few details about the work area in "Description" field. 
  4. Work Area Start Date is a manadatory fields which by-default will display current date 
  5. Status will by-default will be displayed as Active. 
  6. Click on Save so as to save the work area that has been added. 
  7. Click OK on the Confirmation box that appears once you click Save.
