Instruction:

Editing the attachment details for an Audit Program:   

1. From the Attachments tab, click on the Document Title link.
   
   
   
2. Click on the radio button next to Edit Document Details. 
3. Click on the Next button to continue. 
   
   
   

4. Make the desired changes. 

5. Click the Save button. 

   Info
   Only the Title and Description fields are editable. All other fields are read-only.

   

6. Click on the Ok button on the Success Confirmation window. 
   
   
   
7. Click on the Close button.
