Users will have the ability to edit the attachment details or overwrite an existing attachment for an audit program. 

Step-by-step Instructions:

Editing Attachment Details

1. From the Attachments tab, click on the Document Title link.
   
   
   
2. Click on the radio button next to Edit Document Details. 
3. Click on the Next button to continue. 
   
   
   

4. Make the desired changes. 

5. Click the Save button. 

   Info
   Only the Title and Description fields are editable. All other fields are read-only.

   

6. Click on the Ok button on the success confirmation window. 
   
   
   
7. Click on the Close button.

Overwriting a Existing Attachment

   Editing Attachment Details

1. From the Attachments tab, click on the Document Title link.

   

2. Click on the radio button next to Overwrite The Existing Document. 

3. Click on the Next button to continue. 

   

4. Click on the Browse button. 

   

5. Select a file to be uploaded. 

6. Click on the Open button. 

   

7. Click on the Click to Attach File button. 

   

8. Update the document title and/or description. 

9. Click on the Save button. 

   

10. Click Ok on the success confirmation window. 

    

11. Click on the Close button.
