Purpose :
- Soap notes are form of medical records and the employee / healthcare provider have right to access the record and obtain a copy of those records
Enhanced System :
- Soap notes would be downloadable from the soap note list page .
- A new button added as "Download Soap Notes"
- User need to select the desired record and click on the button
- User can maximum generate 10 Soap notes together
- No new permission to generate this report

- Existing Data :
- Automatic reporting of Vaccination information to State Registry through Web API integration
- Employees immunization information will be captured through ProcessMap Occ Health system(Administer Immunization) and would be sent directly to State Registry
- “Immunization Registry Reviewed?” would be default to “Yes” and on saving it will send the information to state registry
- Incase of successful transfer or failure to state registry ,system would send success/failure email
- New Record Added : Scheduler will fetch the information as soon as "immunization registry reviewed" is marked yes and saved .
- Existing Record Updated : Once the files is resaved with fields with updated values for Lot number ,Dose ,Injection Site ,Route .The same need to be updated for the same record
- If the immunization record(immunization /appointment ) is deleted then that would be also deleted from the state registry
- Success and failure of vaccine information transfer can be viewed in Feed report "Immunization Outbound Report"
