  • Soap notes are form of medical records and the employee / healthcare provider have right to access the record and obtain a copy of those records

Enhanced  System :

  • Soap notes would be downloadable from the soap note list page .
  • A new button added as "Download Soap Notes"
  • User need to select the desired record and click on the button 
  • User can maximum generate 10 Soap notes together 
  • No new permission to generate this report

Existing System:

  • Soap notes are created for employee in employee medical profile .It is not specific to encounter type 


Purpose :

  • Lack of visibility on encounter specific soap notes

  • SOAP note added in Encounter Type
  • SOAP note will be visible for Employee/Supervised Contract  and Active Employee only
  • No validation for Date picker fields used in SOAP Notes WRT Appointment/Encounter Date

 PMP-61707 Implementing CVX Code with Immunization type

Existing System:  

  • Immunization Type or Vaccine type is added from from Location set up  and is configured for specific location .
  • These Vaccines are then linked with  Inventory ,Storage ,Supplier ,Manufacturer ,Lot no .Order no ,etc in Manage Vaccine page which is again location specific 
  • These immunization type are further used in "Administer Immunization" encounter type
  • Immunization or Vaccine type are free text manual entry in the system  without any CVX code

Purpose :

  • In existing system found multiple redundant vaccinations created across the location which can’t be mapped with CDC-CVX code to transfer the data  to State registry.
  • Vaccine Names and Codes are standardized internationally .In current system as the entry fields are of free text type ,user can enter the Vaccine name which is not as per the IIS standard .
  • Hence while transmitting immunization records to a Health Governing bodies ,the information may not match and would generate error 

Abbreviation : CDC - Centers for Disease Control and Prevention , CVX code -  codes that indicate the product used in a vaccination

Enhanced System :

  • Vaccines information as per the CDC standard is saved in ProcessMAP static table.
  • In Manage Vaccine  Vaccine type is renamed to Full Vaccine Name  as per CDC
  • Option to select vaccine by clicking  Select vaccine , it will redirect to Listing page .The listing page will show list of vaccine with full name ,short description and CVX code .
  • Listing will  appear  as per the alphabetical sorting  of Full Vaccine name
  • Administer immunization field "immunization type" field will show Vaccine in following format "CVX code - Short description"
  • Deprecate the Immunization type in Location set up
  • Existing Data : Vaccine type” data correction and mapping with corresponding CDC code done for the customer availing Administer Immunization
  • Impacts :Cognos

PMP-52951  Integration with South Carolina State Registry

Existing System:  

  • Occ. Health Module is not integrated with any State Health Government body
  • Customer  would need to integrate through ProcessMap system with State health Body for their employees who have been immunized at South Carolina location 

Purpose:

  •  To share the employee vaccination  information with State Health Governing bodies 

Enhanced System:

  • Existing Data : 
  • Automatic reporting of Vaccination information to State Registry through Web API integration
  • Employees immunization information will be captured through ProcessMap Occ Health system(Administer Immunization) and would be sent directly to State Registry 
  • “Immunization Registry Reviewed?”  would be  default to “Yes” and on saving it will send the information to state registry
  • Incase of successful transfer or failure to state registry ,system would send success/failure email
  • New Record Added :  Scheduler will fetch the information as soon as "immunization registry reviewed" is marked yes and saved .
  • Existing Record Updated : Once the files is re-saved with fields with updated values for Lot number ,Dose ,Injection Site ,Route .The same need to be updated for the same record
  • If the immunization record(immunization /appointment ) is deleted then that would be also deleted from the state registry
  • Success and failure of vaccine information transfer can be viewed in Feed report "Immunization Outbound Report"
  • Impacts: Drug Encounter List , feed report in Cognos , Notification
