Response Types
| Response | Definition |
|---|
Preferred | Indicates there is no issue found for the question and no finding will be created. |
Non-preferred | Indicates a deficiency was identified during the audit. A finding and at least one action item will need to be created. |
Ignore | Indicates the question does not apply to the location being audited.  If scoring is being used, a question answered with a response type of ignore will not be included in the calculations

- Under Audit Setup, Program details tab, Advanced Details section, New field of Require root cause analysis has been introduced in the audit set up tab.
- If the response to this field is yes then the Root cause icon will be displayed in the Questionnaire.Else the root cause icon will not be displayed in the Questionnaire screen
- Irrespective of the response to this field ,the user would be able to enter root cause in the findings list (Manage Findings and Findings Summary).
