Users can add a new work area New Work Area by going into the Manage Work Areas screen and clicking on the Add button.

instruction:

  1. In the BBS Menu  menu item screen, Click click on "Manage Work Area". A new page with Work Area Details appears on screen
  2. Click on "Add" Add button to add a new work area. 
  3. Enter "Work Area Name". Enter a few details about the work area in "Description " field
  4. Work Area Start Date is a manadatory fields mandatory field which by - default will display the current date date.
  5. Status The status will by-default will be displayed as Active
  6. Click on Save so as to  to save the work area that has been added. 
  7. Click OK on the Confirmation box that appears once you click Save.
