*It is best advised to send a Zendesk ticket if you do not feel comfortable inactivating a site*
Step-by-step Instructions:
- Click on the Setup icon.
- Click on the Enterprise Setup menu item.
- Click on the Location Setup menu item.

- Click on the Location Name Hyperlink
- Scroll down to Location Status and change the status from Active to Inactive. ( A site can be reactivated with the same process)
- Click on the Save button.

Inactivating a location will render any data associated with said location inaccessible. This means that you will not be able to view or report on any data for that location.
**Deleting a location will also delete any data associated with with that location.
