How to deactivate a Location

*It is best advised to send a Zendesk ticket if you do not feel comfortable inactivating a site*

Step-by-step Instructions:

  1. Click on the Setup icon.
  2. Click on the Enterprise Setup menu item.
  3. Click on the Location Setup menu item.



  4. Click on the Location Name Hyperlink

     

  5. Scroll down to Location Status and change the status from Active to Inactive. ( A site can be reactivated with the same process)
  6. Click on the Save button.



Inactivating a location will render any data associated with said location inaccessible. This means that you will not be able to view or report on any data for that location.


**Deleting a location will also delete any data associated with with that location.
