Reloading Protocol  allows allows users to refresh/update changes to an existing protocol.

The reload functionality can be used to update a protocol that's being used in an audit that is currently in progress.

Example scenario: A new question was added to an existing protocol. While conducting the audit, the new question was not visible in the Questionnaire. After reloading the protocol, the question became available.


Step-by-step Instructions:

  1. Click on the Modules icon.
  2. Click on Audit Management menu item.
  3. Click on Manage Audits menu item.

  4. Click on the Name of the Audit Program.

  5. Click on Perform Audit tab.
  6. Click on the Questionnaire tab.
  7. Click on Reload Protocol.
