- This feature is integrated into the IMS module.
- Provides an option to map countermeasures and the responsible department to preventative action items.
- Based on the mapping trending can be performed for open and closed preventative action items in module specific with in insight.
- Open preventative actions can be tracked based on the linked Responsible Departments field within an Action Item.
- The feature is defaulted to be disabled in the product, which requires to be enabled.
