Questionnaire Tab

Screen used to record the answers to protocol driven audit questions.  Allows users to create findings for non-preferred responses to the questions.

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the Modules icon.
2. Click on Audit Management menu item.
3. Click on Manage Audits menu item.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on the Name of the Audit Program.
   
   
   
   
5. Click on Perform Audit tab.
6. Click on the Questionnaire tab.
