Step-by-step instructions

  1. Click on the Modules icon.
  2. Click on the Incident Management menu item.
  3. Click on the Manage Claims menu item.

 


4. Select the Incident from the Incident Claim List screen.



5. Select TPA Cost & Notes tab.



6. Complete the details under Adjuster Note Detail screen.

A. Select the Activity Type from the pick list.

. Click on the Save button.
