Adding Adjuster Note Details

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Click on the Modules icon.
  2. Click on the Incident Management menu item.
  3. Click on the Manage Claims menu item.



4. Select the Incident from the Incident Claim List screen.



5. Select TPA Cost & Notes tab.



6.  Click on Add for Incident Claim /Adjuster Note

7.  In Adjuster Note Details, user will be able to capture additional adjuster information 

4 additional fields (Phone, Fax, Email and Address)
