Step-by-step instructions
- Click on the Modules icon.
- Click on the Incident Management menu item.
- Click on the Manage Claims menu item.
4. Select the Incident from the Incident Claim List screen.
5. Select TPA Cost & Notes tab.
6. Click on Add for Incident Claim /Adjuster Note
Adjuster Note Details, user will be able to capture additional adjuster information
7. In4 additional fields (Phone, Fax, Email and Address)
