Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on the "Modules" Icon.
  2. Click on the "Incident Management" Menu Item.
  3. Click on the "Case Management" Menu Item.

 


4. Select Case Number from the Incident List Screen.



5. In order to Add the Case Progression Log in Case Management, click on the "Add" Button. 


6. Fill in theDetails under "New", screen. By selecting one of the "classification of case".

7. Click on the "Save" Button.
