Step-by-step guide
- Click on the Modules icon.
- Click on the Chemical Management menu item.
- Click on the Manage Chemicals menu item.
- Select the Chemical name by checking the check box and Click on the Copy button.
- Click on the OK button.
- Select all the Components except the SDS file and Click on the Save button.
- The Copied Chemicals record has a "C" icon next to it.
- Click on the Original Chemical record Chemical Name link.
- In Usage information Section, Change the Chemical Status to Archive.
- Select the radio button at Archive at selected Location.
- Click on the Update button.
