Step-by-step guide
- Click on the Modules Icon.
- Click on the Incident Management Menu Item.
- Click on the Manage Incident Reports Menu Item.
4. Select the Incident from the Incident List.
5. Select the required Root Cause Statement section to be completed, by clicking on the Incomplete hyperlink.
6. Select the Root Causes.
7. Click on the Save button.
