Completing the Root Cause Analysis
Root Cause Analysis – contains a pick list of root causes.
Step-by-step instructions:
This portion of the system is dependent on the selected location or level .
- Select the location or level in the Navigator.
- Click on the Modules icon.
- Click on the Incident Management menu item.
- Click on the Manage Incident Reports menu item.
- Click on the blue hyperlink Incident ID from the Incident List screen.
- In Investigate section, click on the "Incomplete" hyperlink near Root Cause Analysis.
- Select the Root cause statement.
- Click on the Save Button.
