PMP-58809 : Add Soap notes Encounter complete by field values

Existing System:

While adding a SOAP note from Employee Medical Profile > in General Details Screen > the field "Encounter Completed by" currently populates all the users scoped to the location.
Encounter is completed by the healthcare provider

Purpose :

Curent Encounter Completed by field shows list of all users who are not healthcare provider .
Ideally only Healthcare provider need to be populated in this field.

Enhanced System :

The "Encounter completed by " field would populate Healthcare Provider values as configured in Location profile for that location
Default value will be blank
This would be product wide change as soap note is taken by specific customer .

Existing Data :

No data correction
Further during edit ,it will show only list of Healthcare provider for that location
Applicable for both Soap notes add and manage soap notes select filter

PMP -58583 : Random drug screening appointment

Existing System:

User manually creates Appointments with drug encounter for employees.

Purpose :

Autocreation of drug test appointment monthwise

Enhanced System :

System autocreates appointments with Drug Encounter type for Employee and notify the employee (To) and his supervisor (CC)
A scheduler will pick 2.5 % of total employees and create Random Drug Screening Appointments on 1st of the month for the last day of the month as per the filter , irrespective of any location
Filter 1 exclude other Employee types except BMW Associate
Filter 2 exclude an employee if he/she has undergone Drug screening in the past 90 days
Appointment will be scheduled on 1st of the month for the last day of the month System will send notification batchwise to employee and his supervisor
Batchwise : 1st to 7th of every month , incase the count of employee are more then it might extend to 10th
For following month the random drug appointment ,system will not include the previous month set
System will ignore the future appointment if any , scheduled for drug encounter for Random Drug test
Even if there is no show of the employee for month 1 auto schedule ,system will not consider this for another next 90 days
For every month appointment schedule ,system will check the employees whose drug testing gap is maximum
Edit appointments permission to be provided to healthcare provider

Default value loaded for random drug test Appointment created

Visit Reason – Default to “Drug Screens”
Visit Type – Default to “Drug Testing”

For the Appointments/ Encounters which are created in base location, user will be able to access those details
Under Employee medical profile user will be able to view all the appointments and encounter for the employee but he should be able to edit only the select location appointment and encounter
