Existing System:

  • System doesnt allow to download the soap notes from the list page

Purpose :

  • Soap notes are form of medical records and the employee / healthcare provider have right to access the record and obtain a copy of those records

Enhanced  System :

  • Soap notes would be downloadable from the soap note list page .
  • A new button added as "Download Soap Notes"
  • User need to select the desired record and click on the button 
  • User can maximum generate 10 Soap notes together 
  • No new permission to generate this report

 PMP-57846 Add SOAP Notes for Encounter Type

Default : SOAP notes available for encounter type

Existing System:

  • Soap notes are created for employee in employee medical profile .It is not specific to encounter type 


Purpose :

  • Lack of visibility on encounter specific soap notes 

Enhanced System :

  • SOAP note added in Encounter Type
  • SOAP note will be visible for Employee/Supervised Contract  and Active Employee only
  • No validation for Date picker fields used in SOAP Notes WRT Appointment/Encounter Date
  •  Existing Data : No change

  • Attachments will be included in form of downloadable links in the report

  • Certain  fields in spirometry  are not show /hide configurable. Based on specific customer request ,some fields need to be renamed , configured and repositioned

Purpose :Customer specific requirement 

Enhanced System :

Spirometry details 

  • Field "Testing Type" drop down values are Initial,Followup ,Periodic
  • Following fields moved to “Spirometry Q&A” section  : Position, Blood Pressure and Weight and Height 
  • Time field  is show / hide configurable
  • Spirometry Serial Number is show / hide configurable
  • New drop down Field Added  "Respirator Questionnare Clearance "

    • Values :

      1)Select 

      2).No limitation on respirator use 

      3).Recommended limitation on respirator use  .

      On selecting this option it show a text box below .Max charater -200 characters

Spirometry QA section

  • New field added  "Is spirometry Required?"
    • Field Type :  Yes/No - radio button 
    • On selection of Yes , below fields will be non mandatory

    • On selection of No  :  No fields to appear
  • Assessment date is  show / hide configurable

OSHA QA Tab

  • OSHA Q&A Tab  is show / hide configurable

Sprirometry Clearance Tab

Field “has the OSHA Respirator Questionnaire been completed” is  show / hide configurable

  • “Employee cleared to use respirator” question will be defaulted to "yes " and hidden 
  • Type of respirator to be renamed to "employee has been medically cleared to use the following type of respirator (Select all that apply)"
  • Multi Select Picklist values 
  1.  ½ Face APR
  2. Full Face APR
  3. PAPR
  4. SCBA
  5. Employee is not medically cleared to wear a respirator"

Spirometry Result

  • FVC  ,FEV1 fields made mandatory / non mandatory configurationaly
  • New drop down field added as "Spirometry results "   with values - Pass/Fail/NA/Medical Hold
