Adding an Employee while creating a Sample

Step-by-step guide

1. Click on the Modules icon.
2. Click on the Industrial hygiene menu item.
3. Click on the Create New Sample menu item.
   
   
   
   
4. In Select type of the Sample create field Select Diagnostic Sample, by click on the radio button.
5. Click on the Next button.
   
   
   
   
6. In Employee Information section, Click on the Pick list button at the Employee Name field.
   
    
   
   
7. Click on the Add Employees tab.
8. Complete all the fields and Click on the Save button.
